Exquisite cuisine, impeccable service
Best of everything. I have food allergies, it was well taken care of! Even a doctor came to clarify my allergies,and talked with the chef about it. It was very reassuring, and i didn’ t have any stomach issue afterall. Very beautiful and clean environment! Employees were very nice and polite! They did everything to make us feel good. Cocktails and food were tasty and varied. I can only recommend! Thank you for this experience!

Outstanding Experience
The service is magnificent, cleanliness is excellent, food is perfect, staff is amazing especially our butler his name is Radwan, we give him 10 stars, and chef El Hussainy. All our requests were answered in no time. We will definitely go back many times again.

Very good experience & service
Very good service, everything is nice and clean. A really good experience in general, restaurant are varied. Rooms are clean, well airconditioned. A lot of things to do, all in a 5 minute walk. Would recommend to everyone and definitely consider going back!

Best of the best
Best resort I have ever visited. Exceptional quality in general. Service was amazing. Rooms and food were great. Thanks to everyone especially the reception staff Mr.Mahmoud. Lucina restaurant's staff and chef do their best to make our stay unforgettable ❤.
