I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the animation team kept us entertained throughout our stay. My son thoroughly enjoyed the kids’ club, with a special thanks to Olya for making his time there so memorable. The variety of activities offered was impressive and kept everyone engaged. Highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic family vacation!

Upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted with a cold glass of orange, checked in and were taken to our VERY nice room on a buggy. The room was very spacious, very clean and had all the coffee and tea making gear. The mini bar was also impressive, soft drinks, lager, water, sparkling water that was refilled every day and the room was cleaned every day. The food, including the restaurants that we had to book was of exceptional quality. Most of our days we spent at the adults only pool, EHAB is the barman, he is the most polite and efficient man that we met, in my opinion he should be promoted to upper management and MOAMEN who looked after the pool area was also very polite and did a fantastic job. MOHAD SAMIR who looked after the beech bar was also very polite and efficient, we always had a drink in our hands. I have a lot of respect for these guys working so hard in 40+ deg. The 2 week holiday was Fantastic thanks to these guys, to be honest, all of the staff were great but these 3 guys stood out from the rest. We are going to return next year, hope these guys are still there. Great people, great hotel, great food. Forgot to mention the seafood restaurant. Great price, FANTASTIC food and lots of it.

Everything was excellent 10/10 in service and care and in all the facilities. But the most striking thing is the kind service and attentive ear for any problem or help I encountered. And especially the management team and the excellent (posh club) team. And I even received from her the manager of the hotel personally, Mr. Mohammed Younes, to whom I am very grateful, and the management team, Mr. Gamal, and the excellent club team, Mr. Tarek Vardi and Mrs. Dina, and all the drivers and room attendants of the hotel. فندق جميل مع أكثر الموظفين ودية وأكثرهم فائدة الذين يستطيعون فعل ما يكفي من أجلك. الموظفون الثلاثة حول حمام السباحة للبالغين فقط (16+)، إيهاب الذي أبقانا بلا شك رطبين طوال اليوم مع خدمة البار الرائعة، حسن الذي حافظ على منطقة حمام السباحة نظيفة ومرتبة جنبا إلى جنب مع المنقذ (نسي الاسم) بالإضافة إلى تحديث مناشفنا كلما احتجنا. موظفو التنظيف في كتلة(عبد الله) يحافظون على غرفتنا مرتبة ونظيفة حتى يصنعون المناشف في بجع مع بتلات الورد. الكونسيرج هيشام وإسلام للمساعدة في أمتعتنا وخدمة عربات التي تجرها الدواب اليومية. كانت المطاعم الانتقائية رائعة في التعامل مع حساسية الفول السوداني التي يعاني منها شريكي ومحمد حتى أنها وجدت لنا طاولة عندما أفسدنا حجزنا ليلة واحدة. كل جولة تجربة رائعة أوصي بها بشدة.
