Very big hotel multiple restaurants with a variety of food , staff work hard to keep everyone happy . The general manger mr Said is a true gentleman and very accommodating .tgere are multiple pools For all ages along with nightly entertainment . The staff at reception very professional and welcoming . Would recommend for families as lots to do for kids

Staff really friendly and can't do enough for you. The rooms are amazing came with my 16 year old daughter who had her own room with our room food there is always something for everyone. Entertainment team work so hard to ensure everyone has a great time they work so hard to ensure you have as much fun as possible. A walk down the jetty is a must swim in the sea I can't wait to come back next year

We last visited this hotel in 2015. Upon a late arrival, we were offered some nice food, sandwiches & cake. Our room was a family room, double bedroom for our boys aged 10 & 17 and a double room for me and my wife. The room was a very high standard, and the aircon was excellent. The AI food was very good. Yes, be selective. You will always find something good to eat. We drink lager which was fine. The coffee shop is excellent. The hotel is very clean throughout. The staff are wonderful, all of them. We spent our days by the busiest pool due to the animation team being there, water polo etc took place. The evening entertainment is okay. The hotel pool towels are excellent. You can snorkel in the sea. William, who works the pool nearest the sea, is brilliant.As were Niki and Liza in the animation team. Most evenings we would watch the show, which can be very warm as it's outside, then we would go to the air-conditioned sports bar, to either watch sports on the numerous TV, play cards or pool. The slides are excellent. You can stroll along the other hotels along the beach. You can book the Al a Carte White Elephant restaurant once per week. We, as a family, had an absolutely brilliant time, the weather is wonderful, the hotel is amazing and the staff are superb. We are seasoned all-inclusive travellers, and this hotel is probably our favourite. We intend to return.

Absolutely loved this hotel from the wonderful staff that all work so hard both in the restaurants and around the pool. The place is immaculate the grounds are beautiful very well kept. The food is lovely always fresh and lots of choice. Did not like any of the alcoholic drinks but did read reviews before we went some bought some duty free with us to be honest that was the only negative. Our room was lovely and spacious 3101 and our cleaner Mohammed Sayed was lovely and our room was always spotless and always left nice towel arrangements. See you all again soon :-)
