Very well looked after
mahmoud attia and his pool bar team looked after us very well throughout our stay. When ever they saw our drinks were empty they would be straight over with refills. The sky bar is wonderful also. A very clean and pleasant chill out area. Every time we went to the bar to get drinks they would send us back to our table and bring them straight over. They couldn’t do enough for us. Always welcoming and friendly. Constantly cleaning and the place is always spotless. Thank you for looking after us so well!

فندق ممتاز ولكن الطعام رديء
فندق جميل في الموقع الأكثر روعة. الموظفون هنا رائعون، وخاصة محمد عاطف في حانة اللوبي الذي كان مهذبا جدا واعترف بنا كلما عبرنا المسارات. جعل عمال النظافة غرفتنا في الوقت المناسب عند الطلب وقاموا دائما بعمل جيد! لا داعي للمستيقظ مبكرا للعثور على أسرة للتشمس أيضا، كانت حمامات السباحة الفسيحة التي يقدمها هذا الفندق مثالية. كان السقوط الكبير لهذا الفندق هو المطاعم والطعام. كان الطعام في كل بوفيه ذهبنا إليه هنا مروعا ورديء الجودة حقا ولطيفا تماما ولا طعم له. لقد تركنا نتوق إلى أي شيء قليل من النكهة. عانى شريكي من معدة مروعة مع كل من V&D بعد تجربة البوفيه لأول مرة، وما إذا كانت ممارسات الطعام والنظافة لها دور تلعبه في هذا أمر غير واضح، ولكنه شيء منعنا من العودة إلى هذا الفندق في المستقبل.

Ovely hotel but poor food
Lovely hotel in the most stunning location. Staff here are lovely, especially Mohamed Attef at the Lobby Bar who was very polite & acknowledged us whenever we crossed paths. The cleaners made our room up in good time when requested & always did a good job!
No need to be up early to find sun beds either, the spacious pools this hotel has to offer were perfect.
The big downfall of this hotel was the restaurants & food. The food in every buffet we went to here was appalling & really poor quality, completely bland & tasteless. It left us craving anything with a bit of flavour.
My partner experienced a horrendous stomach with both V&D after trying the buffet for the first time, whether the food & hygiene practices had a part to play in this is unclear, but it’s something that’s put us off coming back to this hotel in the future.

Amazing stay at the Albatros Palace
Amazing we got upgraded to a suite. The service and housekeeping was amazing. All the staff were so helpful and nice. A special mention to the team at Culina who consistently provided good food and excellent service. We would 100% recommend and hope to come back.
