You feel like a Sultan!
Truly a 5 star hotel!
You are treated like a king (Sultan) from the time you enter till your last minute there. We had a week's stay in this palm trees paradise, which seemed less time in a place where there are so many things to see and do.
Our stay started with a complimentary transfer from airport to hotel that was booked via email before arriving. This was very useful and pickup driver was awaiting us as we stepped out of arrivals!
We had a family suite which was small for 5 of us, but Mr Mohammed Zeki made sure our stay was full of luxury and comfortable,so we were upgraded to interconnecting rooms with complimentary fruit baskets. Huge thanks to Mr Zeki who went out of his way to ensure that we were happy and enjoying every moment in Sultan Gardens!
Rooms are cleaned every day and the cleaning staff are so helpful and kind. Staff are really the ones who make this resort 5 star hotel! The resort itself is humongous that they run a bus service every 5 minutes all over the resort. It has 4 huge swimming pools and 3 pools for children.
The resort has it's own private beach with lots of loungers and bars dotted around every possible place. These bars serve delicious food and drinks all day. We had all inclusive package, which meant food at any time and from anywhere. Food in the restaurant is plentiful, delicious and served with love. Every night there's a theme of world cuisine! During the day there is Al Shalal bar next to a pool serves the tastiest burgers and chips, shawarmas and fish along with sweet pastries. The cocktails and mocktails are a big hit amongst children and grown ups.
Next to beach there is a pizza bar, where you can have freshly baked pizzas and a crepe bar, again freshly made sweet and savoury crepes. Drinks and ice cream are served during day in the bar on the beach.
Beach is very popular place, it has it's busy times due to beautiful coral reef, where you can see the fish in the sea- that how much the sea water is clean. The beach is covered with lovely clean golden sand. It becomes more relaxing and peaceful after 6 pm when sun sets and the moon comes out, the silence is only broken by the gentle calm waves hitting the shore!
I just can't say enough in it's praise and in the praise of it's staff. You have to witness it yourself! But for me, I would go there again and again in a heartbeat!
