We chose this hotel expecting a peaceful, family-friendly vacation, but unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. 1. Electricity Issues: The power kept going on and off, and some sockets were not working, making it inconvenient to charge devices. 2. Water Cuts: Water was cut off for several hours daily, which was very disruptive. 3. Elevator Incident: The elevator got stuck with us inside, including our two young children. No staff were available to help, and we had to force it open ourselves—an extremely stressful and unsafe situation. 4. Cold Pool: The pool temperature was too cold for use. The hotel had just opened and hadn’t addressed heating issues, even after multiple complaints. 5. Drunk Guests: Drunk guests were a constant issue, even in the kids' pool. One guest, clearly intoxicated, stood near our children with drinks in hand—a completely unsafe and inappropriate environment for families. 6. Unsuitable for Conservative Guests: Despite being conservative Muslims, we were offered alcoholic drinks, which felt disrespectful to our preferences. 7. Unreliable Shuttle Service: We were promised an hourly shuttle to the beach but had to struggle daily to arrange transportation. The hotel failed to honor this promise every day. 8. Loud and Annoying Atmosphere: The loudspeakers blasted music all day, starting at breakfast. The place is small, and the number of guests was low, yet the noise level was unbearable. This made it impossible to relax. 9. Not Kid-Friendly: Quiet hours were not respected, and the hotel was far from being kid-friendly. There were no activities or facilities for children, as the playground was still under construction. 10. Privacy Concerns: One of the animation team members took photos of our children without permission. I only realized this by chance when I saw her photographing other kids—a serious breach of privacy. Overall, this hotel failed to provide a safe, respectful, or comfortable environment for families. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing or family-oriented stay.
